Celebrate a girls night out, client event, birthday, bachelorette or any other girly
occasion with an erin gallagher jewelry party held in our Lincoln Park Studio, at no cost! You and your friends will get to mix and match from over 25 jewelry styles and hundreds of ever-changing stones. Your one-of-a-kind custom creation will be made by hand and ready in approximately 3 weeks. In addition, ready-made erin gallagher designs are available for instant gratification. Plus, as a special thank you for organizing, the host receives a Hostess Discount! We can accommodate groups of all sizes and offer many options. private jewelry parties – private jewelry parties are held after hours when the store is closed to the public.

• Groups of 10+ people
• 1 ½- 2 hour time slots
• Weekday evenings starting at 5:30pm･Saturday evenings starting at 4pm
• Light appetizers and beverages welcome, no hard alcohol or opening of presents please

group appointments – during store hours you’ll have your own table and a stylist who works with your group

• Groups of 5+ people
• Available Monday-Sunday during retail hours
• 1 ½ hour time slots
• Appetizers and beverages are not permitted when store is open to the public

For groups less than 5 people, no appointment is needed – just come on in! 
Bringing five or more? Call Ahead to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy
For parties canceled with less than three days notice a $50 cancellation charge applies. 
This $50 charge will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate which the host can redeem in-store, or online.

Gather your ladies online. You can schedule a virtual party at your home, your office, or wherever you like. An eg:representative will coordinate a 1-800 dial-in number so that your ladies can dial-in and talk about your custom jewelry at the same time. Our expertly trained and friendly reps will explain our custom concept and help you and your guests design your own one-of-a-kind jewelry online.

Each attendee needs a telephone and internet access.

As the party hostess you’ll receive a discount on your purchase that evening! It’s so much fun to create with friends, family and co-workers – the perfect girls’ night out activity!

Bring the full “eg:experience” of hands-on jewelry design to your next corporate or client event, teambuilding, or S.O. program! It’s a unique and creative activity that gets people talking and mingling together and best of all, ends in a one-of-a-kind product your guests receive 3 weeks later!

How it works
How’s this for a creative activity? Your guests will design their own jewelry by first selecting their style, then mixing and matching stones and metals!

It’s fun, it’s creative and social – networking at it’s best! Our expert representatives are on-hand to offer design advice, show mock-ups of the final creations and take orders at the event. Each order is individually hand-made in our Chicago-based studio and sent back to you or directly to your guests within 3-4 weeks time. Distributing jewelry to your guests is the perfect opportunity for follow-up face-time. We can also mail the bags directly to your guests.
